Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly talented engineer to join our Global Product Support (GPS) team.Teams responsibilities include:




- Developing and maintaining expertlevel knowledge of our next generation Legacy platforms and sub system.
- Leading complex and systematic escalations together with cross functional design engineering team.
- Delivering knowledge and methodologies to Applied Materials customer engineers worldwide, ensuring improved tool health, performance, and stability
- Representing the voice of the field in all engineering review discussions and activities
- Developing new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) Internal Service Bulletin (ISB) to support new legacy platform/ subsystems.
- Creating and maintaining procedures for Safety, Startups, Installation, Calibration, Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Retrofit.
- Develop initial training package for new products and work with Global Technical Training (GTT) to develop training class.
- Train Customer Engineers (CEs), Process Engineers (PSEs) and Technical Pr
