We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company services, handling customer queries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve daily calling targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls. Explain products and services in a clear and professional manner. Generate leads and schedule follow-ups. Maintain accurate customer records and call reports. Resolve customer queries and provide excellent support. Follow up with interested customers to increase conversions. Achieve daily and monthly performance targets. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,533.40 - ₹20,913.37 per month
