The Parent Relation Manager is responsible for enhancing the overall parent experience by serving as the central point of coordination for parent engagement, grievance management, communication, and service excellence. The role ensures that parents receive timely, qualified, and consistent support while working collaboratively with academic and administrative departments to resolve concerns effectively.
The Parent Experience Manager does not replace the responsibilities of Academic Coordinators, Front Office, Admissions, Accounts, Transport, or Student Records. Instead, the role acts as a facilitator and coordinator, ensuring seamless communication, timely resolution of parent concerns, and continuous improvement in service delivery.Role & responsibilities
