Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial record management, and bookkeeping, along with strong knowledge of Tally ERP and Advanced Microsoft Excel. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Record and manage journal entries, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and expense vouchers in Tally ERP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.




- Generate MIS reports and financial reports using Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments whenever required.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Technical Skills Required:
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation concepts.
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Experience in preparing financial reports and maintaining accounting records.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
