Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Head of Sales role based in Hyderabad. The Head of Sales will lead and manage the sales team, define sales strategies, and drive revenue growth across projects in the affordable housing segment. Daily responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring strong account management and customer relationship practices. The role involves collaborating with marketing and project teams,



analyzing market trends and sales data, and preparing regular reports and forecasts for senior leadership. The Head of Sales will also represent Urbanrise in key client meetings, negotiations, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and support business expansion.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in real estate or related industries.
- Demonstrated Team Management and leadership capabilities, including experience in building, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Solid Account Management skills, with the ability to nurture long-term customer relationships and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting market data, sales metrics, and customer insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
