HR Lead Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Punjab)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays Off)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Lead Talent Acquisition & Recruitment to drive hiring across Punjab. This is a remote role that requires regular travel for recruitment drives, campus engagement, hiring events, and other recruitment-related activities.

The ideal candidate should be based in Punjab, possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and have a solid network within the Physical Education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across Punjab.
- Plan and conduct campus recruitment drives and hiring events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Physical Education colleges, universities, and placement cells.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and existing networks.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Travel across Punjab for recruitment drives, campus visits,



and other hiring initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Existing network and contacts with Physical Education colleges, institutes, coaches, and students will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be a local candidate based in Punjab.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Punjab.

- Experience in campus hiring and bulk recruitment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work in a quick-paced environment.
