1. Needs Assessment & Strategy
- Collaborate with department heads, medical directors, and HR leadership to identify training needs across clinical (nursing, doctors, allied health) and administrative staff.
- Align L&D; strategies with hospital goals, patient care quality metrics, and safety initiatives.

2. Program Design & Development
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs for all current hospital hires.
- Design interactive learning modules covering patient safety standards, HIPAA/patient privacy, infection control, workplace safety, and soft skills (patient communication, empathetic care, teamwork).
- Incorporate blended learning methods, including e-learning modules, hands-on workshops, and simulation-based clinical training.

3. Program Delivery & Facilitation
- Facilitate engaging classroom training sessions, leadership development workshops, and soft-skills seminars.




- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs)—such as doctors, nurse managers, and compliance officers—to deliver specialized clinical and technical training.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all training materials and programs strictly adhere to national healthcare standards, accreditation requirements (e.g., JCAHO, NABH, or local equivalents), and hospital policies.
- Maintain complete and accurate training records for compliance audits.

5. Evaluation & ROI
- Establish metrics and evaluation tools (surveys, assessments, performance audits) to measure training effectiveness and knowledge retention.
- Continuously refine training programs based on feedback, incident reports, and changing healthcare regulations.
