About the Role

We are looking for two detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafters to join our design team, focused on technical drawings for door and window hardware and assemblies – including fittings, frames, sections, and installation details. You will work closely with product engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to produce accurate, manufacturing-ready drawings.

Key Responsibilities
- Create 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for door and window hardware, fittings, and assemblies
- Prepare shop drawings, GA (general arrangement) drawings, and installation details
- Convert design concepts and sketches into precise technical drawings with correct dimensioning and tolerances
- Revise and update drawings based on engineering or client feedback
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure drawings are production-ready
- Maintain drawing revision logs and version control
- Support BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation from drawings




- Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards (IS/EN/BIFMA as applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 2 years of hands-on AutoCAD experience (2D drafting mandatory; 3D a plus)
- Prior experience with door/window hardware, glass fittings, aluminum/UPVC systems, or architectural hardware strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of dimensioning, sectioning, and technical drawing standards
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or Inventor is a plus
- Good attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Excel for BOM/spec sheets

Nice to Have
- Experience with hardware categories like floor springs, patch fittings, and sliding/folding systems
- Exposure to manufacturing/factory drawing workflows
