Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to lead and expand our business operations across the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in the lighting industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and managing regional business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies for the Mumbai region.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, lighting consultants, MEP consultants, builders, contractors, developers, and key channel partners.




- Manage key accounts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.

Customer & Project Management
- Manage high-value client relationships and key projects from enquiry to order closure.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Projects, and Operations teams for seamless project execution.
- Support the team in commercial negotiations and strategic account management.

Market Development
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and strengthen the company's presence in the region.
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
