Role Description
The Customer Success Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, focused on ensuring a positive and impactful experience for MapleLMS customers. In this role, the associate will onboard new customers,



guide them through product adoption, and help configure the LMS to meet their business needs. Daily activities include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with product and technical teams, and providing proactive outreach to drive usage and satisfaction. The associate will monitor customer health metrics, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion in collaboration with sales and account management. This role also involves maintaining clear documentation, delivering training sessions or demos, and contributing insights to improve processes and customer journeys.

Qualifications
- Robust customer-facing skills with proven experience in Customer Engagement and Customer Support.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and support Customer Retention through proactive relationship management.
