Role Description
The Business Development Trainee will support growth initiatives by identifying potential customers, engaging leads, and contributing to sales pipeline development. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads,



coordinating outreach campaigns, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role involves regularly communicating with prospective learners and families, understanding their needs, and sharing information about Bhanzu’s programs in a clear, empathetic manner. The trainee will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging, support customer service, and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity. This is a full-time, remote role based in the UK, requiring consistent performance tracking and participation in regular training and review sessions.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written skills and active listening.
- Lead Generation experience or aptitude, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers
