Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Lead
to drive the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Salesforce development, solution design, stakeholder management, and leading technical teams across enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.
- Guide and mentor the Salesforce development team.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and deliver scalable solutions.
- Oversee solution design, code quality, integrations, and deployments.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security,



and governance.
- Support project planning, estimation, and release management.

Required Skills
- 8–12 years of Salesforce experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in
Sales Cloud
and
Service Cloud
.
- Hands-on experience with
Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
.
- Experience with Agile, Git, and CI/CD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
