Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for engineering projects, including estimating costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential cost savings opportunities and implement changes to reduce project expenses.
- Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements to develop detailed cost estimates and should costing models.
- Provide expert advice on casting processes, material selection, and manufacturing techniques to optimize production costs.
Job Requirements :
- 10-25 years of experience in Cost Engineering or related field.
- Robust understanding of casting processes, cost estimation, costing, and should costing principles.
- Proven track record in developing accurate cost estimates for complex engineering projects.
