Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Growth Strategy (Primary Accountability)
- Design and own, Company's Sales & Market Growth Strategy, aligned to organizational vision and longterm objectives, with guidance and approval from the CEO.
- Translate strategy into clear plans, priorities, budgets, and execution roadmaps across sectors and geographies.
- Align sales organization structure, capabilities, and investments to the approved strategy.
- Ensure strategic clarity and alignment across leadership and frontline sales teams.

Revenue, Margins & Business Development
- Own topline and bottomline performance across Industrial, Medical, and Current Energy verticals.
- Drive growth through existing accounts, new customers, new applications, and emerging sectors.
- Lead geographic and sectorbased business development and key account strategies.

Institutionalizing Sales Excellence
- Build and sustain robust sales processes, systems, and governance, reducing dependence on individualdriven wins.
- Lead adoption and discipline of Sales CRM as a central platform for pipeline management,



forecasting, and customer engagement.
- Leverage AI, advanced analytics, and digital tools to improve demand visibility, insights, and decisionmaking.
- Introduce automation of repeatable sales activities to improve productivity and consistency.

Sales Planning, Budgets & Performance Management
- Own sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS in alignment with strategic priorities.
- Define and cascade OKRs / KPIs aligned to organizational strategy and values.
- Design and lead structured review mechanisms such as sales scrums, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
- Create a performance culture grounded in data, transparency, and learning.

Marketing, Communication & Lead Generation
- Own the Sales & Marketing charter, including positioning, messaging, and market presence.
- Drive lead generation strategies across regions, sectors, and applications.
