Job Summary

Aryan Pumps is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter/Talent Acuisation specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing recruitment, possess solid sourcing skills, and be capable of closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage hiring for both Blue-Collar (Helpers, Fitters, Welders, Machine Operators, Electricians, Technicians, etc.) and White-Collar (Sales & Marketing, Design, Purchase, Accounts, HR, Stores, Quality, Production, Engineers, Managers, etc.) positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely feedback.




- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and monitor their performance.
- Prepare and publish job postings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, interview records, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies while meeting monthly hiring targets.
- Support HR operations and employee engagement activities whenever required.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in hiring both blue-collar and white-collar manpower.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and engineering industry hiring.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skil
