Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead / ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, and ServiceNow platform development. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
- Configure and support Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Timecards, and Agile Development 2.0 (CWM & EAP) modules.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, XML, HTML, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Implement and maintain Discovery and CMDB.
- Create, manage, and deploy ServiceNow Update Sets across multiple environments.




- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, WSDL, and Web Services.
- Configure and support SAML-based authentication and security integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and continuous platform improvements.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
- At least one or two end-to-end implementation projects in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Robust experience with:
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Resource Management
- Timecards
- Agile Development 2.0 (CWM & EAP)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB implementation and maintenance.
