Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depends on Interview Performance, Experience & Skills)

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–3 years of recruitment/HR experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
