Role Overview The selected candidate will spearhead sales, business development, and site execution for our tailored water treatment solutions. This role requires a seamless blend of proactive sales strategies and technical field support, ensuring client requirements are met from the initial consultation through to on-site product trials and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads, research industry prospects, and thoroughly understand customer requirements for water treatment solutions.
- Set actionable sales goals, develop comprehensive sales strategies, and track competitor activities.
- Present water treatment products and services in a professionally structured manner to clients and participate in customer auction events.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with business partners, addressing technical inquiries and complaints.
- Prepare and send accurate quotes, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and comprehensive site visits to monitor ongoing projects.




- Perform onsite sample testing and execute accurate product trials to demonstrate efficacy.
- Assist the technical team with new product development by facilitating onsite trials.
- Handle and coordinate the daily activities of the onsite execution team.
- Take full responsibility for handling and maintaining company field assets, such as pumps and dosing machines.

- New customer acquisition and lead conversion rate
- Revenue growth against set sales targets
- Successful execution and documentation of onsite product trials
- Proper maintenance and zero-downtime of company field assets (pumps/machines)
- High levels of customer retention and satisfaction

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–5 years in sales / business development / field operations
- Industry Preference: Water Treatment / Specialty Chemicals / Industrial Equipment
- Robust understanding of water treatment processes and on-site testi
