We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer to join our team in the NPQE department. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in APQP, OEM customer handling, SMT process, and switch assembly.

Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide excellent service.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of production.
- Train and guide junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field,



preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of APQP, OEM customer handling, SMT process, and switch assembly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Minda Industries Ltd or similar companies is an advantage.
