We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Head who can build and lead our national sales organization from the ground up.

AGRIGATTE offers a comprehensive range of high-performance agricultural implements designed to enhance farm productivity, efficiency, and soil health.

Our key product categories include:
- Rotavators: Heavy-duty and multi-speed rotavators designed for efficient soil preparation across various soil conditions.
- Laser Land Levelers: Precision leveling equipment that improves water management,



reduces irrigation costs, and increases crop yield.
- Rotary Harrows: Advanced soil conditioning machines for fine seedbed preparation and improved soil structure.
- Weeders: Productive weed control solutions designed to reduce manual labor and improve crop growth.

Position Summary

The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing the company's overall sales strategy, building a high-performing sales team, expanding the dealer network across India, and achieving aggressive business growth targets.

This is a leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, channel development expertise, and hands-on execution.
