Job Title: Senior Executive

Job Summary:

Accounts Payable, CAPEX tracking, audit coordination, and month-end closure activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, compliance awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable - Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. Verify invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

2. CAPEX Management - Monitor and record capital expenditure transactions. Ensure proper capitalization of assets as per accounting standards. Coordinate with departments for CAPEX approvals and tracking. Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.

3. Audit Coordination - Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Prepare schedules, reconciliations,



and required documentation. Ensure timely closure of audit observations. Support statutory and compliance audits.

4. Month-End Closure - Assist in month-end financial closing activities. Prepare journal entries, accruals, and provisions. Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis. Ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of GST and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Experience : 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounts (Healthcare industry experience preferred).
