MTX Group Inc. (MTX) is currently hiring for the position of
Senior Proposal Manager.
We are looking for some highly motivated individuals who will lead the development of high-quality proposals for federal, state, and local government opportunities. Once an opportunity is identified and approved for pursuit by the sales team, the Proposal Manager will take ownership of the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring responses are compliant, compelling, and submitted on time.

This role works closely with Sales, Delivery, Presales Consultants, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership to develop proposals that clearly communicate MTX’s capabilities, solution approach, and differentiators.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Proposal Manager is expected to lead end-to-end proposal management for government opportunities, executing the following responsibilities:

Proposal Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the complete proposal lifecycle for government opportunities post-pursuit approval, ensuring timely and compliant submissions aligned with business objectives.

RFP Analysis and Compliance:
- Review RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and tender documents to understand requirements, evaluation criteria, compliance obligations, and submission guidelines.
- Develop and maintain compliance matrices to ensure all solicitation requirements are thoroughly addressed.
