Role Summary

The Representative will focus on converting inquiries into sales through accurate, timely quoting and proactive pipeline management. A key component of this role is a weekly pipeline review to ensure all opportunities are moving toward.

Core Responsibilities
- Quote Management: Respond to customer inquiries by generating and delivering accurate price quotes and formal proposals.
- Pipeline Maintenance: Proactively follow up on open quotes to handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure orders.
- Weekly Accountability: Participate in weekly pipeline reviews to audit lead status, forecast upcoming revenue, and refine follow-up strategies.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all Aruba partners and enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.

Key Requirements




- Attention to Detail: Precision in calculating margins, discounts, and technical specifications for quotes.
- Organization: Proven ability to manage a high volume of open quotes without letting leads go "cold."
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for persuasive follow-ups and skilled customer service
