We are looking for a fantastic team member to join as an Assistant Manager - Marketing in the Marketing department.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support admissions, institutional branding, and key initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end execution of institutional events, workshops, masterclasses, and industry engagements in coordination with internal and external agencies.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, vendors, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
- Develop and maintain marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, reports, and other communication assets aligned with brand guidelines.




- Liaise with academic departments and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and execute marketing plans effectively.
- Support admissions marketing through lead generation initiatives, promotional campaigns, partnerships, and outreach activities.
- Ensure consistency in WWI's brand identity across all marketing touchpoints.
- Identify recent marketing opportunities, 3rd party collaborations, and promotional initiatives to enhance WWI's visibility and reputation.

Skill set requirements :
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign execution.
- Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and institutional events.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
