We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support procurement activities for Capex and Opex materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in the cement industry, hands-on knowledge of SAP MM, and robust coordination skills to ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end procurement activities for Capex and Opex materials.
- Source vendors, obtain quotations, evaluate bids, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP MM.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid stock shortages.
- Utilize MS Excel for procurement tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
