Job Purpose

Enhance product features, policies, and processes to meet business and market needs. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints within TAT and adhering to regulatory commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

Enhance product features as per market needs.

Introduce and improve policies and processes.

Budgets & Profitability

Track budgets, profitability, and key financial metrics.

Take corrective actions for deviations from plans.

Portfolio Management

Monitor portfolio growth and EOP movements.

Verify sudden movements in ALM or portfolio.

Channel Management

Liaise with internal and external channels.

Track and analyze channel performance.

Support sales team with trackers and training.

Performance Management

Design and review scorecards aligned with objectives.

Monitor team performance using productivity trackers.





Guide team to improve performance.

Complaint Management

Resolve customer complaints within TAT.

Ensure customer satisfaction in complaint resolution.

Analytics

Identify opportunities through pre-qualified campaigns.

Marketing Activities and Campaigns

Drive lead generation via email and SMS campaigns.

Conduct visibility drives for channels.

Cross-Sell

Promote cross-sell for LAP, FD, CASA, and insurance.

Drive sales team for insurance sourcing via partners.

System Issues and Enhancements

Streamline and automate systems and processes.

Reduce TAT while maintaining accuracy.
