We are seeking an energetic and well-connected Referral & Neighborhood Marketing qualified to strengthen our hospitals presence in the local community and drive patient acquisition. The role focuses on building relationships with general practitioners, local clinics, pharmacies, wellness centers, and residential communities to generate inbound referrals and walk-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

Referral Marketing:
- Educate referring doctors about hospital specialties, consultants, diagnostic services, and procedures.
- Maintain regular visits and engagement with the referring medical network.
- Coordinate with internal departments (OPD, IPD, billing, etc.) to ensure a seamless patient experience for referrals.
- Track referral performance, feedback, and address service-related queries.

Neighborhood Marketing:
- Plan and execute society activations, local health camps, door-to-door awareness drives, wellness check-up camps, etc.
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to create awareness of hospital services.




- Organize community-level events with doctors (like Meet Your Specialist” sessions).
- Collaborate with the central marketing team for creatives, branding materials, and campaign messaging.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Healthcare Management (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, referral development, or field marketing in hospitals or diagnostics.
- Strong network among doctors, clinics, and community organizations in Kolkata.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Bengali, Hindi, and English preferred).
- Good knowledge of local areas in and around Kolkata.
- Ability to travel daily for field visits and community meetings.

Preferred Profile:
- Prior experience in hospital marketing, patient acquisition, or healthcare outreach.
- Experience with both outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) campaign strategies.
