Job Description
- Project Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
- Design & Engineering Coordination: Manage design approvals and collaborate with consultants, authorities, and clients.
- QHSE Management: Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Operations Management: Oversee site operations, resource planning, contractor performance, and issue resolution.
- Project Controls: Monitor progress, risks, costs, and project performance through regular reporting.
- Commercial Oversight: Support budgeting, cost optimization, cash flow management, and contractor payments.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants,



and government authorities.
- Customer Focus: Ensure timely handover of high-quality, client-centric project deliverables.

The Successful Applicant
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory); postgraduate qualification in Construction or Project Management preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of project management experience with successful end-to-end delivery of large projects across industrial, commercial or mixed used developments
- Project Execution: Proven experience in executing greenfield developments across large land parcels.
- Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of PEB structures, RCC construction, and industrial infrastructure development.
- Project Management: Thorough understanding of the complete project lifecycle, from design and planning to execution and handover.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with statutory approvals and compliance requirements for industrial and SEZ pro
