Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, and business insights.
- Generate productivity, performance, and operational reports for management.
- Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel functions.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather required data.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports within defined timelines.
- Support business teams with data requirements and report customization.
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and increase efficiency.
