Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Recruiter role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding delivery partners and field staff through local outreach,



recruitment drives, and community engagement. Daily activities include visiting designated locations, conducting interviews and orientation sessions, coordinating documentation and background checks, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end hiring process. The role involves close collaboration with operations teams to understand staffing needs, track recruitment metrics, and meet hiring targets within specified timelines. The Field Recruiter also supports employer branding at the ground level, maintains accurate candidate records, and ensures a positive and inclusive experience for all applicants.

Qualifications
- Solid field recruitment and sourcing skills, including experience with local outreach, walk-in drives, and community-based hiring.
