Job Summary

Mulji's is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist with daily accounting operations, invoicing, bank reconciliation, GST documentation, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in accounting software, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced business setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting transactions.
- Prepare sales and purchase entries.
- Generate invoices, e-Way Bills, and delivery challans.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
- Maintain GST-related records and documentation.
- Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Maintain vouchers, bills, and financial documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation.




- Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements as required.

Requirements
- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP Business One, or similar ERP/accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and accounting principles.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
