Role & responsibilities
• Complete stage management. • End to end ritual responsibilities. • Preparing the clients Requirement list and acquiring the materials/resources as per the event. • Making rituals related presentations. • Presentation of gift items, hamper materials and different types of themes for the event. • Preparation of all kinds of presentation such as gift items, themes, stage dcor, hamper materials and presentation for bride, groom and family. • Arrangement of all materials in regard of the rituals. • Attending meetings and understanding the needs and rituals involved of the clients and preparing the Memorandum of meeting. • Budget planning in relation to rituals. • Deciding family attires as per the theme of the event. • All kinds of packaging facilities for clients such as Trousseau.
