Role Overview

We are looking for a
Corporate Relations Executive
to build and manage relationships with companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and industry stakeholders. The role will focus on developing corporate partnerships and creating career opportunities for students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, recruiters, and companies.
- Develop corporate partnerships for placements, internships, jobs, and live projects.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews,



campus drives, job fairs, and other corporate engagement activities.
- Act as a bridge between companies, educational institutions, students, and internal teams.
- Maintain corporate partnership data and prepare regular reports.
- Identify new companies and industry opportunities to expand TCC's corporate network.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, networking, and coordination skills.
- Experience in Corporate Relations, Industry Relations, Placements, Recruitment, Business Development, or Career Services is an advantage.
- Ability to confidently engage with HR professionals and corporate stakeholders.
- Willingness to work full time from our Nagpur office.
