Job Title: Patient Relationship Officer

We are looking for a calm, compassionate and responsible Patient Relationship Officer to support patients throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Speak with patients and leads, understand their medical needs and guide them appropriately.
- Explain treatment options, hospital processes, estimated costs and next steps in a simple and clear manner.
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, reports and hospital visits.
- Accompany patients to hospitals when required and support them during admission, consultation or treatment.
- Maintain regular follow-up with patients and their families.
- Handle sensitive situations with patience, empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to understand and explain basic medical information.
- Calm, composed and patient-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel locally and visit hospitals when needed.
- Healthcare, hospital coordination or patient counselling experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
