Deputy General Manager - Sales.

years of experience in premium/luxury residential real estate sales.

About the role

DGM – Sales
will be responsible for contributing to revenue growth and leveraging market insights and data-driven planning to strengthen the Company’s presence in the premium and luxury real estate segment. The role involves client acquisition, managing high-value client relationships, channel partner networks, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, optimization of sales pipeline and customer experience enhancement.

Core responsibilities

• Assist in driving overall sales strategy and revenue planning for premium and luxury real estate projects.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with market trends, pricing strategy, and business objectives.

• Assist in leading end-to-end sales operations, ensuring achievement of business targets.

• Provide smooth and hassle-free service to each client,



including company introduction, project details/ presentation, addressing questions, query resolution, designing suitable payment plans, ensuring necessary follow-ups and finally deal closure in the best possible manner.

• Develop and strengthen channel partner networks to expand market reach and drive conversions.

• Build and maintain solid relationships with high-net-worth clients, channel partners, brokers and key stakeholders.

• Generate lead strategies through digital marketing, site visits, referrals, and channel sales networks.

• Implement sales dashboards to track leads, pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics.

• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews for senior leadership and management.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to internal processes.
