About the Role

Axon Medical Solutions Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented **Telesales Executives** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets through effective telephonic interactions.

Key Responsibilities

*Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

* Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.

* Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database regularly.

* Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.

* Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.

* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
