Job Title: Shelling / Peeling Machine Operator

Job Brief: Looking for a hands-on Machine Operator to run, monitor, and maintain our cashew shelling (cutting) and peeling machines for maximum kernel recovery and low breakage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Load raw/boiled cashews into shelling or peeling machines and operate lines safely.
- Output & Breakage Control: Adjust blade settings, pressure, and speeds to maximize whole kernels and minimize broken nuts.
- Line Monitoring: Keep a constant eye on machine feed, explicit jams quickly, and maintain steady production flow.
- Basic Maintenance: Clean cutters/blades, perform daily lubrication, and report mechanical issues immediately.
- Quality & Waste Tracking:



Inspect processed nuts periodically for quality and clear husk/shell waste from work areas.
- Safety & Hygiene: Follow factory safety rules, wear PPE (gloves, safety glasses), and maintain line cleanliness.

Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ year in operating cashew shelling/peeling machines (Freshers with ITI/machinery experience welcome).
- Skills: Basic mechanical understanding, quick hands, and attention to kernel quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
