Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent from various sources such as job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely communication with applicants.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-10 years of experience in nursing staffing or related field (healthcare industry).
- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or relevant field preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
