Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support employee relations activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to hire quality candidates within timelines, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary within the approved budget and release offer letters.




- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and reduce time-to-fill positions.

Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is updated.
- Assist in attendance regularization, leave management, and employee communication.
- Conduct probation reviews and exit formalities.
- Help resolve employee concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
- Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Promote a positive work culture and healthy employee relationships.
