As we continue to expand, we are looking for a
Proposal Engineer
who is technically solid, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering winning techno-commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals for ETP, STP, WTP, RO, UF, DM Plants, ZLD, MBR, MBBR and other water & wastewater treatment systems.

✔ Review customer enquiries, tender documents, specifications and BOQs.

✔ Design treatment schemes and prepare process descriptions, PFDs, equipment sizing and technical documentation.

✔ Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement and sales teams for accurate proposal preparation.

✔ Prepare cost estimations, vendor evaluations and commercial offers.





✔ Participate in pre-bid meetings and provide technical clarifications to clients.

✔ Maintain proposal documentation and ensure timely submission of bids.

Preferred Qualifications

? Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental Engineering.

Experience

✅ 2–8 years of experience in proposal engineering for Water & Wastewater Treatment Projects.

Desired Skills

• Excellent understanding of ETP, STP, WTP, RO & UF systems

• Knowledge of CPCB norms and industrial water treatment processes

• Strong costing and estimation skills

• Ability to interpret technical specifications and tender documents

• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred)

• Strong communication and presentation skills
