Basic Job Profile
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Incharge who will be responsible for overseeing the complete IT infrastructure, system security, and technology operations of the unit. The role involves managing day-to-day IT functions, leading the IT support team, ensuring cyber security, maintaining uninterrupted system availability, handling IT projects, and aligning technology initiatives with business and operational goals.

Duties & Responsibility
1. IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee and maintain the entire IT infrastructure including:

Desktop systems, laptops, printers, scanners
Servers and storage systems




LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi networks
Internet connectivity and communication systems
CCTV surveillance systems
Biometric attendance and access control systems
Ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning of all IT systems across the unit.
2. Network & System Administration:
- Manage and monitor network performance, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity systems.
- Ensure proper installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of operating systems, servers, and software applications.

Maintain server health, user access controls, and network security protocols.
3. Cyber Security & Data Protection:
- Implement and maintain robust cyber security measures to protect company systems, data, and digital assets.
- Monitor antivirus systems, firewalls, user permissions, endpoint security, and threat detection mechanisms.
- Ensure regular backups, disaster recovery readiness, and data confidentiality.
