Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities through B2B sales and business development activities.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads to expand the customer base.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Ensure customer retention and reactivate dormant accounts.
- Manage key customer accounts and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely deliveries,



and efficient logistics.
- Provide product recommendations and technical guidance to customers based on their business requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular updates to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop business, and close sales.
- Excellent customer relationship management and account management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience
