Responsibilities:
- Lead regional Finance transformation, Shared Services and process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation, with end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, stakeholder alignment, quality, timeline and budget adherence.
- Drive SSC integration, activity-split implementation and process harmonization initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, governance structures, risks, dependencies and project budgets where applicable.
- Prepare and present executive-ready project status updates, project plans, business cases, decision papers and steering committee presentations.
- Lead change management and stakeholder engagement activities across functions and regions.
- Drive implementation of automation and technology initiatives in close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable best practices and performance improvements.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.




- 7–10+ years of relevant experience in project management, Finance transformation, Shared Services/GBS or consulting.
- Proven track record of independently leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and change management capabilities.
- Positive understanding of Finance processes including P2P, O2C and R2R.
- Experience with process optimization, automation, system implementation or Shared Services initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for business case modelling, financial analysis, KPI tracking and project reporting, and PowerPoint for executive presentations, steering committee materials and management communication.
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a global environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
