Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with customers professionally. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with customers, explaining our travel packages, and converting inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company's travel packages, offers, and services.
- Follow up with customer inquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.




- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for customer requirements.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Preferred Qualification
- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is preferred but not mandatory.
