- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Manage the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A qualified CA with a minimum of 5 years experience in a finance leadership role, with a track record of success in financial management and analysis.

Robust understanding of financial principles, Indian accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial soft
