Faculty Job Description
- Teach NEET/JEE students in your subject
- Prepare and deliver classroom lectures according to the syllabus.
- Create lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practice tests.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic guidance.
- Evaluate student performance through tests and provide feedback.
- Track student progress and mentor students to improve their results.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active learning.
- Participate in parent meetings, faculty meetings, and academic planning.
- Stay updated with NEET/JEE exam patterns and syllabus changes.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to improve academic outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or Bachelor's, depending on the subject and institute).
- Robust subject knowledge in the relevant discipline.
- Previous teaching experience for NEET/JEE coaching is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students
- Minimum 3 year experience
