We seek an experienced and energetic Maintenance Manager, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, to lead critical engineering projects and ensure unparalleled equipment reliability at Synnat Pharma. If you possess 10-15 years of expertise in Maintenance Management, particularly within API Production and Automated Production Systems, and excel in implementing robust Preventive Maintenance programs, we invite you to drive our operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Reliability

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations for production machines, auxiliary equipment, and utility systems within the API and intermediates manufacturing facility.

2. Implement and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency.

3. Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize production disruptions.

4. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation,



ensuring compliance with cGMP and other regulatory standards.

5. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships effectively.

6. Develop and mentor the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

Project Management & Implementation

1. Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

2. Identify and implement innovative solutions to address new or constantly changing problems related to materials, customer requirements, and product uses.

3. Evaluate and select new equipment and technologies, overseeing installation, commissioning, and validation processes.

4. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within cost.
