Job Overview:

We are looking for a agile and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Communications team. This role goes beyond conventional design — it requires a blend of visual storytelling, video content creation, and research-driven marketing support across multiple business divisions.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern design and video tools, adaptable to rapid-paced requirements, and capable of leveraging AI platforms for research and content development. You will play a key role in enhancing brand communication through impactful creatives across digital, print, and exhibition platforms.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

1. Creative Design & Visual Communication
- Edit & Develop high-quality creative content for social media,



digital campaigns, brochures, presentations, exhibition panels, and e-mailers.
- Ensure all creatives are aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing objectives.
- Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts with strong attention to detail.

2. Video Content Creation & Editing
- Create and edit engaging video content for social media, product showcases, and exhibitions through AI platforms
- Work with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva (Video), and other video editing platforms.
- Support development of short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics.

3. Multi-Division Marketing Support

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, etc.) to understand varied communication needs & target audience.

· Translate marketing briefs into creative and engaging visual concepts while ensuring consistency while catering to target audiences.
