About the Role:

Rejoiceshub LLP is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
QA Engineer

with hands-on experience in both
Manual and Automation Testing

to join our growing quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our software products by identifying bugs, designing test cases, and building automated test scripts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality, detail-driven, and eager to grow their QA career in a quick-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design test plans and test cases from business/functional requirements
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing manually
- Build and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver
- Log and track defects using Jira or similar tools
- Conduct API testing using Postman




- Execute cross-browser/device compatibility checks
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Maintain QA documentation (test cases, scripts, reports)
- Re-test fixed bugs and validate new releases

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of STLC and SDLC
- Hands-on experience with Selenium (Java/Python/JavaScript)
- Basic scripting/programming knowledge
- Familiarity with Postman, Jira, or TestRail
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum practices
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- CI/CD exposure (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Basic SQL for data validation
- Mobile app testing experience
- Knowledge of JMeter (performance testing)
