Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement strategies to improve AR management and reduce denials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and enhance cash flow.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in RCM processes.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in RCM operations.
